Today there is recipe for all people who do not eat gluten free or/and low carb. A pasta recipe which goes super easy and still tastes very good. For the dough you need nothing more than the following ingredients:
– 120 g flour
– 120 g durum wheat semolina
– 120 ml of cold water
Mix the flour with the semolina in a bowl. Now add the cold water and knead everything to a smooth dough. The dough should end up with a well kneadable consistency. If it is too wet can still add some flour. Now put the dough for at least an hour in the refrigerator. (If you want to prepare the pasta, you can do for example, tortellini or ravioli, prepare the filling in the meantime.) If you want to process the dough continues to roll it out thinly with a rolling pin on a floured surface. The cooking time is about 4-5 minutes.
