Carrot Salad with Blood-Orange-Dressing

Today I have a vernal recipe with winter vegetables for you. I’m always a fan of colorful food, because it not only tastes great but looks great too. The dressing is one of my favorites, because it gets a lovely natural sweetness by blood organs .


– 3 Different colored carrots ( Also works with only one type )

– 1/2 red onion

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar

– Juice of small blood orange

– Pinch of salt and pepper



Cut the carrots into small pieces and the onion into rings. For the dressing put the remaining ingredients together and season it with pepper and salt. Pour the dressing over the carrots and let soak for a few minutes.

And so a tasty snack is ready!
